But these simple B Vitamins have been shown to be able to help people balance their body’s levels of homocysteine, which is found in elevated levels in patients with dementia. However, they did not include Vitamin B6, which is usually used along with B12 and Folic Acid in a cocktail designed to produce optimal results.
This formula also contains Omega Fatty Acids like EPA and DHA, which have been shown to be able to increase brain health when used in optimal levels, but it appears that this formula contains low dosages, so its abilities may be reduced as well. Finally, Phosphatidylserine is used in this formula, and it has been shown to have certain neuro protective and strengthening abilities, which, according to over 18 recent research studies, may dramatically increase memory. According to our research this element is the most effective part of this formula.

On the flip side, this formula relies very heavily upon Ginkgo Biloba to increase cerebral blood flow, and while many individuals think this extract is an effective memory enhancer, recent studies actually suggest that it is not.
