The good news about Memory Naturally is that it contains quite a few really effective cognitive enhancers, which have a proven history of success in this arena. For instance, Alpha GPC has been shown to be able to help the body naturally produce more Choline, which is important because this element’s production declines as we get older. It is a precursor to a neurotransmitter known as acetylcholine, which plays a vital role in maintaining memory, focus and alertness. By including elements like Ginkgo, this supplement’s more effective ingredients’ abilities may have been diluted. Also, Ginkgo’s side effects may be quite off putting to some consumers. The exclusion of this extract probably would have taken Memory Naturally from a mid tier cognitive formula to a high performing one.
