There are some real upsides to this formula, including its inclusion of B Vitamins and Vinpocetine. Natrol Memory Complex’s use of Vinpocetine may make it very attractive to informed consumers, because it is one of the most researched and proven memory enhancers on the market. It has been shown in well over a dozen clinical studies to be able to enhance cerebral blood flow, which is one of the most important elements to aid in memory and cognitive function.
It works by relaxing the muscles that allow the blood to get to the brain faster and more efficiently. However, it is most often used with Alpha GPC, which is not used in this formula. Alpha GPC has been shown to be able to help the body increase its production of Choline, which is integral for both short and longer term memory. These same results have not been shown with the other extracts used in Natrol Memory Complex. Some consumers, however, may be wondering about Ginkgo. Ginkgo is often held up as being one of the most effective memory enhancers on the market, but it actually has not done well in recent research studies. In fact, many of the studies that showed positive results were actually paid for by developers who were invested in Ginkgo’s success, which may have tainted the results. Subsequent independent studies showed that its abilities were not on par with other cognitive enhancers due to the fact it only performed as well as placebos.

On these sites, apparently it has not done as well as other products geared toward increasing issues like alertness, learning, focus and memory. Former users of Natrol Memory Complex often indicated that they were disappointed with the results they received and that they often decided to move on to more effective products that contain higher performing elements like Alpha GPC.

There are, however, others formulas on the market that include ingredients that have been proven to address all these issues, as well as being offered at a reasonable price. Looking for these kinds of elements ensures you are getting the best product for your money.
